I regularly entered competitions from 2009 - 2016 and was lucky to have some success in these. Some of the awards that I received during this period are listed below.
2016
Six images shortlisted for European Wildlife Photographer Of the Year 2016, various categories
Image through to the Final round of Wildlife Photographer Of The Year 2016, Black and White Category
Image chosen by the Lexicon Library, Dun Laoghaire, to use on posters and promotional material for the CFT Underwater Photography Exhibition. The exhibition is on show in the Library for the Month of February and I have five images in the exhibition.

Winner, British Society of Underwater Photographers (BSoUP) Annual Open Portfolio Competition 2013
This was the first year in the history of the competition that a compact camera user won this award. The competition has been running since 1984.
